Fleet are working with the brilliant inspirational team at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Hackney, to develop their long term sustainable estate strategy. St. Joseph’s are entrenched within the Hackney community providing invaluable support to people with life-limiting conditions helping them to live life to the full.

A rising elderly population will inevitably lead to an increase requirement for hospice care. This has brought into sharp focus the need for St. Joseph’s to maximise the potential of their site in assisting generate income to enable them to focus on care.

The site includes hospice accommodation, community healthcare, restaurants and cafes, offices, a chapel and a large education centre. Fleet have identified a number of areas within the site that could be improved to benefit St Joseph’s and the broader street scene of central Hackney.
