The British seaside is undergoing a renaissance. The Turner Contemporary Gallery, Margate, is due to open in 2010. Fleet are working with an established boutique hotel operator to develop a scheme for the rejuvenation of an existing Hotel on Margate’s historic seafront.

The scheme retains a café at ground floor serving the busy beach with refreshments. The bedrooms will be developed with en-suite bathrooms and will feature the furniture of celebrated local designer Zoe Murphy.
