Fleet were engaged by the East London LiftCo to work with a combined client body including Community Health Partnership, NHS PS and the local GPs and Community Health Services to evaluate the current use of a 10 year old primary care centre and propose reconfiguration in order to better use the facility. The Centre Manor Park is one of 10 test LIFT buildings selected nationally by Community Health Partnerships to be considered for re-configuration and more effective and efficient arrangement.
The proposals prepared by the Fleet team used a range of benchmarks to argue that the amount of administration and non-clinical space in the building could be reduced in order to provide space for expansions of the incumbent GP practices while also rationalising the plan and making space to accommodate an entirely new primary care practice.
