Fleet, with Sanderson Studios, undertook a root and branch review of two existing hotels in the group’s estate. This example was the georgian townhouse hotel, Guards Hotel, overlooking Hyde Park from Lancaster Gate.

The proposals included reconfiguring the dinning facilites and the phased refurbishment of every bedroom to appeal to a wider range of travellers.
